Please, read before booking an appointment!
Deposit & Booking Confirmation
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Appointments can only be rescheduled using the same deposit if a new appointment is made at least 24 hours in advance.
After booking the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email where the link will be for the deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash or by card at the appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the remaining balance being charged in full.
Failure to complete payment will have consequences and future appointments will no longer be accepted.
Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period applies.
• Arriving later than 10 minutes will result in a €10 late fee
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation
Nail Preparation
Please arrive with clean, healthy, bare nails, unless you have booked a refill or removal appointment.
Outside Opening Hours
Appointments booked outside opening hours or on days off are subject to an additional €15 fee.
Health & Hygiene
Appointments cannot be fulfilled if you arrive with contagious conditions or infections.
In this case, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Arrival Policy
• A maximum of one extra person is allowed
• Please allow sufficient time; sets may take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the service
